Avoid at all costs!!!

They were hired to collect a debt and failed to do what they said they would do. This firm promised a quick turnaround, because they said we had a good case, but was all just smoke & mirrors to get there retainer. It's been over a year and nothing has come out of our case and we are never updated on a status. AVOID THEM!
