DO NOT PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM THIS STORE! I should have done more research. This pet store has a horrible reputation! But I was naive and completely taken advantage of. It was one of the few open pet stores in the entire city, and unlike the other two stores I went to, this one smelled clean! The puppies were in open air play pens, kept far away from customers, and everyone who handled a puppy was required to sanitize their hands! There were only about 10 puppies in the entire store, all small, 2 to each play pen. It was the best looking pet store I had ever been too! And the people were so friendly. They seemed to genuinely care about the pups. But BOY ARE LOOKS DECEIVING!!! I bought my puppy knowing that she already had a past medical issue ... surgery from an umbilical hernia and the owner fully assured me that they would cover the costs of the first visit and the removal of the stitches. When I finally took her to THEIR recommended vet, the vet told me everything was fine, she tested negative for worms and parasites in her fecal exam, and they were about to just send her home with me when I asked them about a weird bump on her skin and her propensity to scratch like crazy! What kind of physical exam is that from a professional?! I had to bring it up myself! After I brought it up, they decided to do a skin sample and LO AND BEHOLD, she had SCABIES aka MANGE! Millionaire Mutts had sold me a puppy with mange. That I could accept, but they were unwilling to do much about it. I called the owner and she said that she didn't know the puppy had mange and that it wasn't covered by my contract! I finally got her to pay for at least the first treatment for my puppy but she obviously required more treatments which I had to pay for myself. I was so upset with the way Millionaire Mutts treat their customers. They said "guarantee healthy pups" and I paid a large mount of money for my mixed breed pup. I expected her to be healthy, not ill, especially for the price they charged. I love her to pieces so of course I paid for her treatments and thankfully she is okay now but never again will I visit that store! After finding out my puppy had mange, she had her vet check the other puppies that same afternoon and guess what? Two other puppies had mange too! They are extortionists. And the vet they sent me to chose a horrible course of action for my puppy's mange! They gave her a lime-sulfur bath which is pretty stressful for a young puppy. I got a second opinion from another vet and she recommended just using Revolution, which was not invasive. I was never even given another option besides the medical bath. And, on top of that, the lime sulfur bath was $ 35 and the Revolution was only $ 13! I just wanted to love my pet, but instead, I was taken advantage of, twice.

Pros: Example: best croissants in town

Cons: ill puppies, high prices, puppy mill puppies, fake

I purchased a puppy from this pet store and I am very unhappy. The store looked somewhat clean and nice. I should have researched this store before impulse buying my puppy. They don't have a good reputation. When I purchased the puppy the employee told me that it had mange and they would cover all my medical costs. After I purchased the puppy and went to their vet they charged me for mange. When I went to the store to complain they told me to read my contract and parasites are not covered. I understand that but they sold me the dog with the mange! While I was in the store there were other angry customers in the store complaining that they did not take care of the bills as promised! I spent alot of money on my mixed breed puppy and the store is a joke! I love my puppy "Lillie" and will take care of her to get her well but I want everybody to know that this pet store is very unprofessional and not recommended. I know that this pet store buys their puppies from puppy mills. Don't support this horrible pet store!

I purchased a yorkie from here sometime ago. When I bought him, he basically had no hair and was less than 1 pound. The owner (I think) explained to me that he was their "senior" dog b/c they couldn't sell him. He was 14 weeks when I took him home. The next day I took him to their vet, who was completely useless. Both the owner and the vet told me yorkies will lose all their puppy hair and then their adult hair will grow in. I've had dogs all my life and this is a load of you know what. Anyways...after having my baby for only 2 DAYS he stopped eating completely (even when he did eat he ate extremely little). The vet refused to see him because they were closing even though his stool was nothing but bloodclots and mucus. I took him to the emergency vet who put him on a IV and took x-rays. They found some metallic structure in his colon, and since I had him for such a short time, the ER vet explained he had this problem BEFORE I bought him! The owner of course told me he was eating fine. She also said if I hadn't brought him in when I did he would have been dead. She even commented on his lack of hair and explained he was probably malnourished the whole time. She actually THANKED me for buying him and saving his life! I am happy to say that he is now healthy and has beautiful long hair, but he will always have digestive problems. He knows that ER vet well, unfortunately, but I am glad she is so good with him and understands his condition. Whatever was in his colon and digestive tract tore him pretty good so when he gets an upset stomach he starts to bleeed all over again. Luckily I have the money to care for him...but this store cannot be trusted!

I bought a tiny teacup Yorkie from Millionaire Mutts. They told me he was totally healthy, yet had to be syringe fed. Unfortunately since I was on vacation and away from my home vet, I believed them.....since THEY'RE vet said he was healthy. Well, to make a long story short $7,000 in vet bills (on top of the $3,000 purchase price) and I was left heart-broken after our new baby died. The manager (daughter of this supposed loving team) blamed me and my vets for the death, actually saying "I know that if I had kept it he'd still be alive" Are you kidding me?? Who says that to someone who is heartbroken over the death of their little yorkie baby. WELL HERE'S THE BEST PART, I paid the money to have the puppy shipped to the University of Colorado Vet School and had a necropsy (autopsy) done. The puppy had RENAL failure and that is why he wouldn't eat on his own. The poor little puppy was dying the whole time.
DON'T BUY A PUPPY HERE!!!
