Came home and discovered what I thought was Lake Mead in the Garage. Called a few places wanted to come out and bid would not give a price. Called Water Heaters Only, who is now Water Heater Pros, gave a quote of 675.00 for a 40 gallon gas. Great. They came out and to my surprise mine was still in warrenty. They took care of everthing for 350.00. Very Honest and great work. Also checked their license and they are it is contractors license 72***Dont know if it helps but you can look them up. thank you
