We attended TGIFriday's after a graduation ceremony held at the Orleans Arena. You would think they would have been prepared for an influx of people at 11 AM from an event that happened at their location, they were not. They tried to cram a group of 6 into a booth for 2-4, they did not have enough personnel to cover the crowd and the waiters were overwhelmed. In a 1.5 hr ordeal, we had zero soda refills, one water refill and the dirty appetizer plates remained on the table until the check was delivered. When our main course finally came out, it was sent to the wrong table where the people there had already dipped their forks into a couple of the items. The waiter wanted to simply take it off the wrong table and serve it to us after it had been touched by the other customers, we sent it back. We were not offered dessert or coffee. Overall one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. I realize that the place isn't the Four Seasons, but they can do better than this.

Pros: Reasonable prices

Cons: Service, organization, staffing, atmosphere

Message from TGI Fridays

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, “to meet Pan Am stewardesses.” Suddenly, there was a place with great food, new and exciting drinks and an electric energy. A place where bartenders mixed the environment just as well as they mixed drinks. In short, a place like nowhere else. Today, Fridays in Las Vegas, NV is still America’s most iconic bar and grill. We embrace and celebrate our heritage as a bar. One that just happens to serve killer food in an environment where it’s always Friday.
