Menu too long, wait too long, but wouldn't matter anyway because, nobody answers the telephone. How do they get away with it? I will find someone to report this too. They're all the same, federal, county, city employees, no matter where you live! Just as much fun dealing with the Clark County District Court Clerks -- slow, stupid and careless.

I can't believe this this is a government office, and it is allowed to run in such a way that there is no customer service contact when walking in the office or the constant ringing of the phone lines when calling in, you're lucky if someone pick up the phone...try calling a few times all day and finally at 4pm someone picked ....the automatic phone service notifying you that the office is now close... Sadly, there is nothing you can do about it, you can't go anywhere else if it has been assigned your home office... It's a wonder the government is in such bad shape.
