HORRIBLE! Save yourself a lot of your hardearned money! I found the exact same fans on the interent for 20% less including shipping! Plus the customer service was deplorable which was the catalyst for me searching the interent.

I always thought Home Depot and Lowes have better prices although they don't have as many selections and as good qulitied fans like specialty shop as Fanco. After the comparisons. I was really surprised at their lower prices , no wonder they have lthe lowest prices gurantee posted on the door. .
The sales person explained different features on the fans which I wasn't aware of. It was a good experience shopped at fanco

i purchassed 2 fans and a light fixture when we got there to look the employees were great however when it came to having to return an item it went down hill from there I ordered a ceiling mount to go over the light fixture it did not fit which was fine, we also ordered remotes and i was sold remotes that were not compatible with the fan which is also fine when I went in to return the ceiling thing the gentleman was okay but when I told him the remotes did not work he wrote it down in a book and walked away the company that installed my fans were nice the guy said to call and reschedule for the remotes i did not have a problem with that I did however have a problem having to wait three more weeks I could not use the light on my fan at all it had short pulls i called the store the day they came to install they were over an hour late the lady that answered the phone basically told me it was not her problem I would need to just wait she then later called back and told me they were inroute extremely rude, when i called the store again to see if i could just come get the remote or see if they could help get my remotes taken care of the guy told me he would call me back never got a call from him he had already had his sale did not care how the rest of it went after three weeks i finally got the remotes put in I called to see if there was a price difference he came back on and told me that there was but it would just be a wash(in not so many words) and hung up
I will never spend good money at a store that treats there customers soooo poorly, it is to bad because the fans are beautiful, I will go to lowes to buy a fan before I will ever return to Fanco on Eastern!
