We had their Expert Technician, David Varnum come to our house yesterday. The carpets were cleaned for exactly what their flyer and phone call quoted. No extra or hidden charges. While here we had him quote to clean our kitchen ceramic

When my wife called the business to set an appointment, she was given an estimate of $257.85 to clean our whole house, including pet treatment. When the owner showed up to do the work, the price was suddenly $500. My wife called me at work and I tried to talk to this individual on the phone. He would not listen to me (even though my wife had already paid him, so he was under contract to us) and just shoved the phone back to my wife. I had to leave work to communicate with this individual, and when I questioned him why the cost was so high, all he said was we had oversized furniture. I asked him if he could provide us with some literature indicating what standard size was, and he was unable to provide any. The owner or his worker also knocked over one of my surround speakers(there were scuff marks from where it fell against the wall, and white paint on my speaker) and they let our cat out of the house, and then made no effort to help us find it.
