I purchased a Couch and Table for a decent price from Norwalk Furniture and they told me 2 weeks to deliver 3 weeks at the latest. We waited through the end of 3 weeks and never heard a word from them. That friday we called and were told it would be another week. Again no call the following week and when I called again they said it was on backorder it would be another 2 weeks. At that point I demanded my money back and they refused. Luckilly I paid with a Credit Card and Visa will return my money, since I never received a product. If this happens to someone else do not let them tell you that you have no option. No Returns no Cancelations only applies if they fulfilled there part which would mean deliverying the stuff that was purchased when it was agreed upon. Wells Fargo is taking care of the rest so good luck to everyone else who was unfortunate enough to deal with this store. Also as a side not the Manager Tom is incompetant and an a-hole. After I was upset and said some things he said "Why don't you come down here and say that to my face." with a threatening nature. So this is the kinda of people that Norwalk employees I would suggest never going there and remember if you do use a credit card, if I would have paid cash I would have been up s***s creek without a paddle.

8/18/2009: Purchased bedroom set with multiple and extra pieces. Delivery was 8/29.

On Monday 8/31, I called Todd to notify that furniture came damaged: all bed posts that hold the mattress are cracked, and desk looks like it was dropped, all crooked and dented. They came on 9/1 to take pictures. Said replacement would be arriving within 2 weeks. Today is 11/11/2009, still no replacement; contacted Todd, and he stated that there is no estimated arrival date; refused to provide in writing.

Informed Todd that if not replace in 2 weeks from today, we request a refund and return; states that there is no cancellation and no return. I could understand this if there was no damage, but there is much damage; items?? condition not as described.

I called Todd, business owner, and informed him that I will be making a complaint to the BBB and Clark County Department of Business License Complaint, and that I would be posting negative reviews online; He said, ??That??s Fine?, I stated ??you definitely have great customer service and like to keep clients happy?, he said ??Thank You!?.

My daughter bought a dining room table in August 2009 with a delivery October 2nd.. Plenty of time or so we thought. Delivery was confirmed but no show. Called and was told they had no delivery scheduled . Guess the left hand really doesn't know what the right hand promised. Was told merchandise was stuck in customs so they promised a loner table "pretty sure they bought this from BIG LOTS lets say ugly and rickety. Numerous calls to the store and yet a new promise for delivery . We shall see IF THE SKY OPENS UP AND I HEAR ANGELS SING I WILL BELIEVE

I spent $1600 on a bedroom set that was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Still waiting! When they did deliver 2 items of the set the delivery guys did not screw the handles on the drawers and would not return when I asked them to. The only reason I put a rating at all was because I had to. Do not spend your money here!
