I went to them for some Hunter Douglas shades which turned out to be nothing but a nightmare. Could not get them to call me back or follow through with any of there promises. The shades were all faulty and getting them to fix it was impossible. Mark was my sales rep and now I've discovered he's running a different business. There is something very deceptive going on with this place and I recommend you call around for more reputable companys. These guys have only been around about 2 years and obviously do not know what they're doing!!

I have had nothing but trouble with so-called window covering experts here in Las Vegas. These guys are another one who made the list! I ordered motorized shades from them several months ago and there was nothing but problems. I have hired about 4 companies now and they are all shady. House of Window Coverings just give me a run around and say that's how the shades work but won't come out to inspect!

Terrible customer service. Could not get this company to follow-up on anything. Took 9 months to get shades to correctly fit, after making numerous calls to get a status and find out if anyone was going to show up to correct their errors. Very aggravating. Good Luck!

I went to them for estimate and they come measure my home. they say to me $17.50 per square foot for shutter and i say okay. when they come for final price it is more than advertise. i ask why so much and they say it was with discount. then i ask for brochure of product they can not provide.
I do more investigation of composite shutters of norman and am not impressed. i discover it is mdf product, i know is no good because i am importer of mdf for furniture!

Well they has a nice selection and some top name products linesthey really know how to sell. they got me the shutters I wanted, I asked how much they were and they avoided the question well they came out to measure and the grand total wait sit down $18,645.00that's almost $22 dollars a square foot. great please way over price

I ordered a large order of Hunter Douglas blinds and had nothing but problems. They are nice trying to get you to go with them, but once they have your money you're at there mercy. From mis-measured windows to crappy installation I was very unsatisified. I recommend calling a company who's been around a lot longer than only 2 years! Oh, and getting them to fix the problems took forever!!!
Pros: Nice in the beginning...
Cons: Take them forever to fix problems...

Install or Replace Blinds or Shades

On the whole, I would have to say I was impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Christopher Breiter in his timely assessment of the job required. He had all that was required to give me a quote on the spot, and, by the power of the almighty dollar, the price was right.
As for the installation, it was completed within the course of an hour: considering it would have taken me half the day, I say 'thank you' for that one, and a job well done.
