Katie Stocks is an amazing hair stylist!!! she is very sweet and knowledgable! she treats her customers with the greatest respect! She's been doing my hair for a while now and I've never had a problem and have referred many clients to her and they are all very pleased! i was there when the incident stated below happened and Katie was not the stylist that was responsible for the accident, it was another stylist who was recently released! I recommend Katie to anyone that wishes to receive a good hair cut!

I HAD MY HAIR DONE BY KATIE .SHE PUT DARK HI LITES IN MY HAIR AND IT TURNED ORANGE , GREEN TINT TOO WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE SALON SHE AND HER CO WORKER BUDDIES TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE COLOR.THIS IS THE WORST MY HAIR HAS EVER LOOKED .RUN FROM THIS SALON.TODAY going to the

I took my mother there a few weeks ago. She was looking for something diffrent. She got diffrent alright,she loved it. The staff was great and they made us feel at home. She love the hand massage she recived and the hair cut and color was great. Nice place i would tell anyone to go here.

It only took a few minutes in this small and dirty waiting area to realize that this would be my first and last visit! What I guessed to be the owner, confronted a lady who had come in looking for work. Her treatment and belittling of this Afro American woman during, and remarks after the woman had left were beyond believable! For myself, I will never return, and if enough people read this and feel the same perhaps this owner will receive a dose of her own dish!

This is a really nice place to go to, it is very clean and everyone there is so friendly. It is in a convenient location and not too pricey. They also do wonderful birthday parties with mini pedicures and manicures!

In response to Larry and his wife Sherry, When Sherry first came into our Salon she had three consultations (none of which Larry had ever been to) for her hair service and three free make-up matching, we were more than helpful to her. During the consultation she commented that she was unhappy before the service even started. The hair stylist called me at home before the service started and thought that Sherry would say something about it, I told her to go ahead and do the service. She felt compatible with her hair stylist that she choose and when she left she was very happy with her service. The stylist recommended at home treatment do to breakage from previous colors. At our salon we strive to make all our customers happy and it seemed like Sherry was not happy with anything that we recommended for her. Anytime we have a client unhappy we do what it takes to make them happy, we are sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you..

I'm from out of state, and scheduled my wedding party with the owner on the phone. Didn't know what to expect. I LOVED it!!!! I had the best hair style and my bridesmaids loved theirs too. We all had our make-up done, and it was beautiful!!! They ordered us lunch and gave us all the time we wanted. We wished we lived there so we could go back. Everyone in there looked so happy and so were we.

Me and my wife use to visit this salon until they ruined my wifes hair her hair is now greenish gray and they did not offer to correct the problem,Also the owner is the rudest woman I have meet.She only cares about money and not service .Please run unless you want to be treated rudely and have your hair destroyed .iMy wife has went to the state board .
In response to owners false remark.WHy would a hair stylist call an owner before service Just does not make any sense ???????? In general i am a very outgoing lady that loves family and life .But when some one ruins your hair you tend to not be too happy.I would also like to add the owner is covering up for bad service.wHEN DOES A COMPANY CHARGE TO MATCH MAKE UP ?So you were not doing me a favor by matching my skin tone for your make up that you sell.Any make up counter will be more than happy to match your skin to the make up they are selling ?Everyone know this..........Also as many times as it takes to sell the make that is right for the custmor.

The owner is very nasty , rude .She does not know how to treat people.I will never buy merchandise there again.I do not recommend this salon AT ALL.Her staff looks very unhappy too.I CAN SEE WHY. Stay a+

Beautiful Salon and Spa

This salon and spa is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is friendly, and willing to help you. The owners continue to introduce new exciting products. The signature pedicure is wonderful with state-of-art pedicure chairs. The facials are very relaxing. I live across town, 15 miles away, and even though there are many shops between us, I would prefer this shop over any other in this town.

Excellent spa for a birthday party!
My daughter (13) and six of her friends (ages 10-14) had a spa birthday party which included mini manicures and their hair styled. They were treated to pink robes, and great service. All the girls were very pleased with their styles and manicures, and the staff was very patient and professional. I highly recommend FX You Salon for a pre-teen birthday party. I've booked a waxing there for myself at the end of the month.

Best salon on north durango

I have been to several salons in the area and this is by far my favorite. The girls there are very nice and talkative. They also do VERY well with their jobs. The waxing was near painless and pristine. I am going to get my hair done there too because i love the service and price so much!

This is a must visit salon. This is the best of all worlds, you have big town everything you could want in the salon and small town personal service. It is fantastic...FX-tastic!!!! My stylist's name is Amanda Best....she is wonderful. I just moved here from Seattle and have gone to the same stylist for the last 7 years...whom I love and dearly miss, but sitting in Amanda's chair I was very comfortable and felt at home. Not only is she wonderful company but an amazing stylist. What took my stylist at home 3 hours to complete Amanda had done in 1.5 hrs!!!! And it looked awesome!!!! I was very pleased. I have found MY new Salon. You are truly not getting what you deserve if your going somewhere else!!

THE BEST SPA IN LAS VEGAS!!

From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable. From being greeted at the front desk, to being escorted to your personal service (hair, nails, spa), to leaving. If you decide to have a spa treatment and don't want to walk out the front door, you can exit the back door. I get my hair, nails and facial done at this spa and every service was 5 star! Centennial Hills is lucky to have FX You. I highly recommend any service from hair, nails to spa. They also do birthdays and I can't wait to have my daughter's 8th birthday party here. Chris, the owner, has a passion for this business and it is relevant throughout the entier facility. From the customer service to the talented people who are lucky enough to work at this salon - it's a place you will yearn to come back to.

Beautiful Spa

I went to FX You with a friend to get a day of pampering. We decided to get manicures, pedicures and facials. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The spa is brand new and is clean and luxurious. There are not that many spas out in North Las Vegas that you can go to to get the full "spa experience." The service was great and the staff was VERY friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back for more services in the future.
