We got a flat tire on the freeway in Vegas in a construction zone. Had to pull off to a safe area, my husband changed the spare in 100+ heat. When we called Payless we were instructed to return the car in the morning. The clerk in the office was super rude and then low and behold we have a company hasseling us for the cost of a tire saying we were negligent in driving the car.
