Made an appt with Jess. They called the day before my appt to confirm. All good so far. I show up to get my hair cut and I am told..."oops, sorry we are double booked and we can't cut your hair"...really?? No one?? You had all day to try and fix YOUR screw up and you did nothing?? I am a business owner and if I make a mistake, I fix it. I would NEVER let a customer just walk out without trying to make it right. The even sadder part is I had 3 friends who were waiting to see if I liked my hair before they went to this salon (our regular stylist relocated and we all needed a new salon). Sooo, needless to say, I will find another salon who actually gives a crap. So will my friends. oh, and no one even offered to reimburse me the $1.50 I put in the meter outside so I could go to this place. An Epic Salon?? More like An Epic Mistake!!!!
