This is a horrilbe debt collection company!!! I have a doctor bill of $1500 from almost 2 years ago that they have just decided to collect from me. I have been making payment on the debt...but I guess my payments are not enough for them.

This company has some serious issues. I called to find out why i'm receiving collection for 42.00...explaining to them that this was incorrect. I admit I was a little upset on the phone. However, the person who took my call stated to me that she was going to hang up on me if I didn't correct my attitude. I then spoke to her supervisor "KAY", who was rude and arrogant. As a manager KAY lacks the ability to handle her job and has poor customer relations. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said, "NO." My operation manager is too important and doesn't take these calls. This is the worst agency and I would rather have this go against my credit then pay this place a dime....fortunately for me this situation will be resolved. However, I emplore that no one use this agency as it lacks professionalism and how to handle customers who, under stressful circumstances, would be upset.
