one word OUTSTANDING! Repair man was in my home and repaired my TV so I could watch the olympics. The price was right, they are factory authorized by Sharp I was VERY impressed! He technician was on time and professional. highly

The worst service I've ever seen. I wonder if any are competent enough to even pick up the phone. Over the months my television has been repaired 9 times. Half the time I can't even get anyone on the phone, and when I do they never have information. They say they will ask someone and call back, but out of dozens of times I've been told that it has maybe happened twice. My warranty was through Warrantec, and they are also THE WORST warranty company ever. Unfortunately, they only use Video Audio Specialists.

I myself googled this company to see what thieir reputation was, was skeptical to use due to past comments but I have to say it was false.
From the first day I called I received nothing but great service from agents, to tech that was in my home, actually wearing booties,wow. Dont be fooled by past comments, TV is is looking great, service was great, people were great.

Besides damaging my already not working properly tv, they try to say I did it after they tried delivering it still not working and with more problems. Then they tell me to bring all my equipment to their shop after they take my more damaged tv back and get all tough guy with me. I never get real answers and then they say the sent me a certified letter saying they were going to dispose of my tv, which I never received. They also said they could never duplicate the problem I had with the tv until right before they were going to dispose of it, miraculous, it had only been about 7 months of having my tv in their shop. Oh and when you call, the message is sooooooooooooo slow. Ok I am finished.
