When I had a problem with bugs a week after spraying serviceman said just spray the leaves aroud the windows with water. He never looked at the areas (which have NO LEAVES). Then when my wife called about the bugs nobody ever called back.

The office staff and the technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The products are safe for both children and pets, and because the service is done outside and every other month, it is definitely safe for the environment! I strongly recommend Enviro Safe Pest Control for anyone with any type of pest problem.

Honest and Reliable. I have been a customer with Enviro Safe Pest Control now for over 3 years. All I can say is.? I never have to worry about the security in my home?. The professional services that have taken control of my Scorpion problem have impressed me, as well as referrals I have introduced to the program. Did I mention the $60 off services for referrals? Love It!

Professional and family friendly! Our family has been with Enviro Safe for 10 years and they have always been on-time, courteous and professional. Eddie is our tech and ALWAYS addresses any concerns we have. We no longer have a cockroach issue in our pool area so that we can enjoy family gatherings and not worry about bugs. Terrific referral program too. We referred my parents and received a $60.00 gas card!

On July 21, 2011?? 13 days after the initial treatment?? a man who claimed he was the manager of Enviro Safe Pest Control called me??yelling and screaming??to explain that they would not be able to rid my home of ants. This ??manager,? who refused to give me his name, shouted at me, ??I don??t care what you think we told you! You can??t blow smoke up my skirt, I am not that kind of guy! We will not rid your home of insects on your terms, we will only do it on our terms!? He again refused to give me his name; he refused to listen to anything I had to say. He was rude, condescending, and unconcerned. He kept shouting at me that I had to accept their terms. When I tried to explain that I had done everything as instructed, he kept shouting over and over??like a three year old, ??You??re not listening! You??re not listening! You??re not listening!? When I pleaded for an opportunity to speak he said, ??I will continue speaking for four hours until you understand our terms. And I don??t care what you have to say!?
As for my understanding of their terms, the signed Terms of Agreement between Enviro Safe and myself clearly states: ??While on a continual service, in the event that any targeted pests reappear on the interior or exterior of the structure, upon your request to us we will re-treat the interior or exterior of the home at no charge, providing the proper preparations have been made.? This manager blatantly refused to abide by the terms of this signed agreement. He went on to say that it is unsafe for them to fill my house with chemicals, and that I must wait 7-10 days from treatment to see results. He also claimed that I was somehow to blame for the ants because of hygiene issues. My house is kept exceedingly clean, this statement was utterly preposterous, insulting, and rude.
So here we were on the phone 13 days after the initial failed treatment, and nine days after the subsequent failed treatment, and this unnamed manager is shouting at me. Single worst customer service experience of my life! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
