When my picky client wanted to throw an authentic Mardi Gras party complete with masks and Cajun food, there was only one choice on where to turn - the Cajun Connection. I hadn't planned a Mardi Gras party before, so this was a first for me. After combing my contacts, doing research and calling around, I finally found the Cajun Connection. I was impressed by their friendliness, their openness and their willingness to help me in unchartered territory. If I ever have the need for their type of food again, you betcha I'm calling them!
