A message from Friend to Friend
Welcome to Friend to Friend. My name is Lisa Davis, and I'd like to tell you about myself and the company I started.I am a registered nurse, a certified weight management consultant, a certified lifestyle change consultant, a certified Red Cross instructor, and the CEO/CFO of Friend to Friend. I am a continuing member of the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and have been since 1997. I have written health programs and instructed exercise and nutritional programs for the United States Army. I am a former member of the Army Nurse Corps and a former member of the weight management team. In an effort to further my knowledge of fitness, I recently attended FITA (Fitness Instructor Training Academy) offer by LA Fitness and plan on attending their continuing education seminars.
