The Spa at the Firehouse

This spa is a part of Koch Plastic Surgery. I received a gift certificate for my birthday for a facial recently and went in. I liked it so much, I got a full body massage later and then also have had a few spray tans done here. It is a fun old firehouse in the heart of Des Moines. I like the personal service. It is kind of fun to see plastic surgery patients waiting as you are too!
