My husband and I have never been so agitated by dealing with a store before. The service here is horrible and extremely disorganized. We bought a $2,000 t.v. and a $400, 5 year warrently 3 years ago. The t.v. has broke twice now. We have waited a month and a half now to get our television fixed. They said the part on our television is back ordered. We were first told it would be 2 weeks and then 3 weeks and then then the part should be in after 4 weeks and now it has been a month and a half. I have been the one who has to keep calling to find out when the estimated time of arrival is and no one there seems to care. Our account there was under our old phone number and I kept telling them that every time I called. I asked to talk to a manager and they said he would call that day or the next. No one ever called so I called back on the 3rd day and was told in a sarcastic tone that the manager had already tried to call me. When i asked what number they told me my old phone number which I had told each tech each time I had called that, that was our old phone number. So I finally got to talk to a manager who seemed not to care what so ever that we had waited already a month. I told him they really should have loaner t.v. even if there cheap ones for people who have to wait this long. He said in a cold tone that they don't have a program like this. The next day I was told by a tech there that the parts should be in with in a few days. Then recieved a call by another tech an hour later saying one part would be in a few days but another part they needed they did not know when it would be in. That second tech who called did not even know that a tech had called earlier and made it should like the parts should be in with in a couple of days. Then I got another call about a week later saying the parts should be in, in 5 days, in 5 days I called back and they said it would be another 6 days but that they put in a request for a replacement t.v. I then talked to them one day before the parts were going to arrive and they said they couldn't do a replacement t.v. because the part was going to be in the next day. After all of this you would think they would put us on the top of the list to have out t.v. fixed after waiting a month and a half. Now the part arrived yesturday, I called today and they said they would try to get us in for repair tommorow, but that there are no gaurentees. To top all of this off. The tech I talked to today ( which has been the only helpful one out of numerous people I have talked to there) told me she could update our new phone number in there system. I could not believe this after calling so many times in the past month and a half and having to explain everytime when they look up our account that it's under our old phone number, but that we have a new phone number now. We had even talked to two managers about this and they never changed it for us. UNBELIEVEABLE! Please never use this store! - Thank you\r
