.

I pick my son up today---haven't heard from him all week, so no news is good news---he had a week filled with swimming, camping, boating, fishing, basketball, arts & crafts, food, comraderie, etc.

Just a few days with rain, but Ihe camp arrangement allows for indoor activities under the chow hall.

Great small camp that allows for personal attention for all campers----and no campers can get lost in this small-sized camp site!

Pros: small size, staff to camper ratio

.

A wonderful camp for children age 7- 15, age 16+ become counselors. I attended this camp as a child for 10 years, my own two children have just experienced their first week, and are begging to go back for another week this summer they had such a great time. This camp offers a safe environment were kids can experience a variety of activities from swimming, boating, sports, art, rocketry, archery, acting, singing. The list of activities goes on and on. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. Oh did I mention it costs a fraction of the day camps in my area? The kids sleep in beautiful cabins. The best part is my kids are outside being kids, not stuck inside the house playing video games wasting the summer away. My 2 ages 7 & 10 are now going back next week, and I know they are creating memories and learning how to be a little independant, these are skills they will they will have for the rest of their lives.
