I agree with what others have said about Cheryl McDonald. She rushed through my appointment, looked at my lab tests, and ignored my symptoms. Left there feeling awful.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years and was originally a patient of Dr. Pohlmann who left the practice a number of years ago. Then I was transferred to having Dr. Good as my PCP - who I have never actually seen.

I have been a patient for over 15 yrs and I can't say enough positive things about Drs. Eichengreen and Novak. They provide high quality care. The office runs smoothly and the office workers are friendly. I also have had positive visits

My husband and I have gone to MIddlesex Family Physicians since 1989. I soon felt as comfortable as I had with our family doctor at home. You may have an appointments with a different doctor than your primary care physician, but they have all helped us through allergies, sinus infections, lab tests and referrals.

When I have been particularly worried, I have been called back with excellent advice and or assurance

Pros: Excellent care, responsive

Cons: Very busy, but who isn't

The receptionists (depending on who you get) are usually ornary, so ask for Dorie or Marie to schedule your appointment, otherwise you are going to get very frustrated beause they won't listen to you or even ask what time you need for non-emergency appointments. Dr. Eichengreen is probably the best there along with Dr. Novak. Cheryl McDonald will ALWAYS rush through your appointment like your health means absolutely nothing to her, as well as Dr. Kondrati (sp), so try to avoid them if you can.
