EXCELLENT! He called me immediately when I submitted the request online, was able to accommodate my schedule and get out to do them fairly quickly, had a very competitive price and had the best equipment of any others I looked into; he did a spectacular meticulous job!! I have carpets almost 40 years old--good quality, but still!! With years of kids and pets, and a recent incontinent dog (for over a year), we had stains and a smell that my Hoover just couldn't get completely out. Now I feel confident they are sanitary for my kids to sit on the floor again, needed that--especially with a new baby on the way! Thanks for the good work Steve!

The sign on the van was 99.00 he did a good job, but I ended up paying $185.00 which I thought was high. Plus I gave him a $10.00 tip.
