Sprint Store

I went to this store for the eighteen horrible months that I had this "service". I kept dealing with this girl named Jen, and she seemed really nice to customers, but very sassy to other employees. Towards the end, I kept getting all of these extra charges on my bill for all of these extras, like internet and unlimited text. I kept calling Jen, and she promised me credits that would show up in 2-3 billing cycles. When I would try to follow up, she was never there. She was always "at another store" or "busy" and would call me back. Of course this never happened. The "manager" was always off, too, especially on weekends. So I called one final time, and was told she was on her honeymoon. Thing is I was out in the parking lot, and saw her in the store, in uniform playing with the display phones! A few months later, a new nurse started to work at the hospital with me. She just graduated and had been working at THIS Sprint. She said she was so glad to leave there because Jen always made all of the employees add things onto people's plans! Jen would call in as herself and the employees were to PRETEND to be the customer that had just left the store, and Jen handed them a scrap of paper each time, with the last 4 of the customers social and/or their password!!! Then Jen got credit for these sales!! Whenever employees refused, Jen made their life hell by harassing them on their days off and transferring their sales over to her. This is so nice to know- that JEN added these things on my phone without my permission. Just in case anyone was wondering...
