The salesman, Tim Goldy was very friendly at first. Then I had an issue at the bank in which my check was returned and he became quite rude and even obnoxious, telling me I was good at fooling him into thinking I was a good person, which I am and that is why the issue at the bank. He sent me very rude emails, I called the finance company to see if I could give the car back and was advised to speak to the sales manager. When I tried that, I was told that was not going to happen. I have tried to get the number to corporate, with no luck. I did however report them to the BBB for falsely advertising the vehicle I bought. I told them when I gave them the payment for the check, I was also giving them the car and was told if you put that car on the lot, we'll call the police on you. Tim told me it had 48,982 miles on it but when I drove it, the odometer said 52,000+ miles. Over the phone I asked Tim what kind of shape the tires were in and he said great shape. The Lincoln penny test says otherwise. I want to give them the money for the check and the car back as well. The lady told me that the down payment came out of Tim's check, so I was going to give Tim the check when I paid it, but I am being denied the option of seeing Tim, I was told by whoever the woman is in the office, I would only be dealing with her. Please heed the warnings of the other customers as being true and yes I am speaking from first hand experience. After the email I received from Tim Goldy, I want NOTHING from the lot of Pickard's Chrysler dealership. I will leave the check and don't really care if they do take me to court for non payment, I just want out of the dealership with no harm coming to me so I will have a police escort when I go in.

Have never purchased a vehicle here but we own several Dodge trucks and the parts department and service department will go out of their way to get the right parts quickly and service your vehicle quickly and efficiently so that you can be back on the road. Parking is difficult when visiting the parts department.
