Enterprise Home Improvements, LLC installed 12 windows, 2 basement windows, patio door and front door with sidelites in October 2001. The installers came when they were supposed to and got right to work. They were meticulous and well organized. I am still thrilled with my new windows and doors after 9 years! I have absolutely no regrets and recommend them to others all the time.

Pros: Outstanding company from beginning to end

November 2009, our windows were installed and first impressions were very favorable. As winter set in and the temperatures began to drop to near freezing, we quickly realized there was something very wrong. Our windows, all of them, had large amounts of cold air blowing in, around all sides of the windows. Enterprise responded by silicone calking around the inside of the window. \r\n \r\nJuly 2010, we discovered some of the windows in our house had visible water damage ranging from bubbled or raised paint, and cracked drywall. I immediately called Enterprise Home Improvements, again, about the problem with our leaking windows. \r\n \r\nTo date (07/31/2010), the windows have been completely repaired. An Enterprise crew (6 or more guys) and the company owner arrived and in a single day got everything reinstalled and fixed right. Very nice job, Thank you.

As winter set in and the temperatures began to drop to near freezing, we quickly realized there was something very wrong. Our windows, all of them, had large amounts of cold air blowing in, around all sides of the windows. Enterprise responded by applied silicone calking around the inside of the window. We protested to the install manager and the owner of the company, other points of failure must still exist but I was assured by Enterprise Home Improvements that our windows were installed properly and that I would have no further problems.

June 2010, we discovered all the windows in our house had visible water damage ranging from bubbled or raised paint, cracked drywall, cracked wood trim, crumbling drywall and mold. I immediately called Enterprise Home Improvements, again, about the problem with our leaking windows. We also paid out of pocket, a building inspector and another window company to review the install to determine the problem. We found windows no "J-channel caps/covers" installed, allowing the water run-off to be channeled inside the wall. No weatherized tape was installed, no outside seal was applied to prevent air/water from entering the walls or around the window and no insulation or foam was installed around the windows to keep energy in but left open for air to travel freely in/out of the walls.

To date (07/31/2010), the windows have been completely repaired. The comany pulled through and got everything fixed right. Thank you.
