They say you only get one chance to make a good first impression. My wife & I went for lunch today and had the worst service I'd seen in a while.
The food was great though. (when it finally came)
I wish restaurants would realize that if they don't care to train and monitor servers, they are destined to fail.
If we ever go back we'll be forced to ask for a different server than "Rada".

Pros: Great food

Cons: Poor service

Lovely tapas restaurant. Great variety and world-class mojitos. Relaxed atmosphere accommodates both large parties and children.

We had a group of 7 adults and one child. We arrived at 5:30 on a Friday evening and part of our group was already seated. The service could not have been any faster or better. We ordered 17 tapas that we shared around the table. The portions are small so that you can indulge in several. The duck and humus were excellent. The guacamole and sweet potato fries were outstanding. We felt that the crabcakes were strong tasting. The group was divided on the pitcher of Mojitos. My Cuban sandwich convinced me to return. I also enjoyed a creamsicle martini.

We went on a Tuesday night and were told there was a half hour wait. We ended up waiting for about an hour before being seated. We were practically on top of the people on either side of us. The waiter came and asked for our drinks and my husband and I ordered a bottle of wine. After about 10 minutes my husband was given a single glass. I chased down the man who gave it to us (not our waiter) and he said he would send our waiter over. We waited about 15 minutes and then went after him ourselves. He brought a bottle which was not the one we ordered but we just gave up and drank it anyways.

The food completely redeemed our experience. It was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We had the hummus trio, the ribs, and the steak. All were perfectly executed. It's too bad the service and crowded atmosphere was so horrible. I wish they had takeout.

Horrible waiter, very long wait, cramped space, the food was excellent not sure if we will try Mojito's again and pray for a different server.
