BE VERY LEARY about CINTAS!!! I have a small business in Jefferson County and everything started out great in the beginning. I had a great driver and the sales person that set me up, was very easy to do business with. In the beginning, I was told and it was in writing, that no matter how many chemicals that I used a month, there would be a set monthly fee. A few months ago, everything began to change. I got a new driver and my invoices each week started to increase. He began to charge me for filling up my chemicals each week. It was not that much of a price difference, but I still called the company. The route manager, said that this is the way that it should have been from the beginning, I did not complain and went along paying my invoices. I was given no other options. Then I was getting invoices in the mail for days that I did not even get serviced. I called and asked to get copies of the invoices and the signatures for each invoice. Out of 8 invoices, there are three signatures that do not belong to anyone that works for me and there was one day that I have an invoice for that my center was closed. After speaking to the billing rep, she stated that a route manager would call me and two weeks later no response. I called again and finally spoke with someone. I started to tell the route manager why I was calling and he stated that it was my word against the driver and he is the best driver that they have, so he was just going to come and get the equipment that I had and that we would go our separate ways. He also said he would be invoicing me the full amount and I could pay it or not. This is absolutely ridiculous. How are small business suppose to survive, if big businesses are ripping them off. I hate people who are idiots and unwilling to side with the customer and always take their staff's side. Like I said before, please be VERY VERY LEARY of this company, CINTAS!!! I now know why he is the best driver in sales, because he frauds his customers. I am very upset with the way I have been treated and this is not the last they have heard from me. They are in for a battle.
