My perspective is, just make sure you are ready to pay your dues, regardless of what life may throw at you. I was a moderately pleased customer for 6 months. I signed up immediately when I had a steady paycheck and an eagerness to learn.

Really the best all around gym ever. Although there is really no significant weight's section to the gym, the workouts are all the exercise you will ever need. Over the last few months, Ive noticed my strength increase, my cardio is amazingly better, I quit smoking, made some really good friends and Ive found something that I'm incredibly passionate about. All of that just by signing up.

The place is great, better than any other gym in Portland. If you have a bad experience, its probably your fault.

I made the mistake of signing a contract with this business and I have regretted it ever since. They told me what I wanted to hear to get me to sign the contract and soon after I realized it was a big mistake. As the other reviews have stated the owner is extremely uncaring, unsympethetic almost to the point of being rude. Once you sign up and realize that the classes will not work for one reason or another they will make little to no effort to help you out. While the gym has a nice appearance from the outside remember that the inside is what counts and from my experience you will regret what you find inside.

All around, an excellent venue for mixed martial arts training. They offer classes everyday of the week and have a very accommodating schedule so if you work days or nights there should be a class available.

A great mix of martial arts, and class times. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. You can get a great workout in, and try out a variety of different martial arts in one place: Muay Thai, kali, jujuitsu, tai chi. .
