Lincoln Dental is awesome. I don't even live in Portland, but I still organize my visits to keep on track with them. Dr. Sims is awesome, and the dental assistants are all great, too. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. Weirdly enough, I don't even mind going there...

I brought my daughter in to have a tooth extraction with Dr. Jensen. To begin with, they hadn't scheduled enough time for her to have gas prior to her extraction so she had to go straight to the novacaine shots. I've never before been to a dentistry practice that didn't schedule time for children to have gas prior to a painful procedure. When it was time for my very nervous child to have her tooth pulled, they forced me to leave the room. I explained to them that she was very nervous and that I'd promised her I'd stay with her throughout the procedure. They said I'd be in the way. I said I'd be happy to stand back in the corner so as to be out of the way. They absolutely would not allow me to stay with her. I'll most definately find a new dentist for her in the future who is more in tune with the needs of children.
Pros: Atmosphere, lots of plants and light
