After she experienced one too many breakdowns in her older car, we decided that for her peace of mind and for ours, we wanted to get our daughter a good, safe, economical car, that??s also fun. After researching many auto sites, and industry and owner reviews we decided on the 2013 Kia Soul. We already knew that she loved these ??cute? cars, but we needed more information before we were ??souled?.

We live out in St Helens, Oregon and have no ??local? dealer, so I emailed several dealers within a decent drive from us. I asked many newbie questions and explained that we wanted this to be a surprise for our daughter??s birthday but that we had no idea how to pull this off. Steven in Weston Kia Sales was the only dealer who stayed in contact and was willing to help us. He ordered exactly what we wanted for an excellent price, had it delivered and set up ready for pick up on her birthday.

On ??The Day?, when we pulled up with her in our car, everyone cooperated in distracting her while the ??stage? was set. One of the men put on the Hamster suit and brought her over to her new car that was waiting in the show room all shiny and prepped for her. She almost fainted. Steven couldn??t be there, but Josh Wilcox and others were and they all fooled her really well. After she started to calm down, Jon Fortsch with much patience and in enough detail went though the operation of all the driver-controlled parts of her car. He even set up her iPhone for her.

Jon Fortsch in the business department was very good at explaining the various aspects of her warranty coverage, service contracts, and owner servicing responsibilities. He should be a teacher. He??s very low key but thorough in covering the important details.

We have purchased several new cars over the last 20 years, but no experience anywhere has been so painless, educational, and even fun. We will all be Weston fans forever because of their wonderful customer service. Our next car will be from them, as will hers, and yours should be also.

I went onto Weston Kia's website and looked at their inventory. I found a 2001 Kia Optima that they had listed for $3995. I checked on Kelly Blue Book and found that the car in excellent condition was only worth $2600. And that is if it is

When we were shopping for a new vehicle five years ago, Ron Tonkin told us that our trade-in was worthless and we'd never get a Sorento for the price we were wanting to pay. We went down the road to Weston Kia, told them what we wanted to pay, and we had the keys to our new Sorento within an hour. We had one minor issue with the CV boot that took a week to repair because the part had to be flown in, but we were given a nice loaner car for the trouble, and the service techs went out of their way to keep us informed of the progress. I would highly recommend Weston to anyone interested in buying a car.

Weston Kia, Gresham OR is one dealership I will STAY AWAY from... Their manger of online sales is an idiot in my estimation and Mike Berryman his boss's boss would not even speak to us and we were told he was somewhere else.

I am surprised banks let Weston Kia lend their money and my guess is they don't deliver on their advertising. The Weston family or whomever owns Weston Kia should be ashamed of what they have created.

Have a trade in? Be careful taking it to Weston Kia! You may end up reliving a scene from Ferris Bueller's Day Off when the parking attendant took the Ferrari for a ride. Here let us inspect your car with a hammer, wouldn?t surprise me.

$200.00 and a job to buy a new Kia and at the advertised price? You must be joking. We have better credit than a small country and there deal was nowhere to be found for our daughter.

The radio stations should shut off their advertising fast! This is just our experience so maybe yours is better? Doubt it?

Your service is awful. Six months ago I was in to have my car serviced. At that time I paid $90 to have my car diagnosed because the odometer and speedometer went out. The service guy told me it would need a new cluster panel and it would cost about $800for labor and parts. I then called about one month ago to check and make sure that the problem was the cluster and to see about it getting fixed. The process was explained to me as well as the electrical tests that were done during the diagnose process. Just recently about two weeks ago, I got the money together to pay for the repairs. I purchased the cluster for over $400 and then it was sent out to be programmed. Then today I left work early to have the repairs completed and after waiting two hours I went to ask how much longer I would need to wait. I was then told that the programming had been done wrong. Then I was told that they won't need the cluster that I paid for and that another part would be needed and that the part could be in sometime the following week. So after waiting for almost three hours I left with no car, no idea when the part I actual needed would be in and no idea as to why two weeks ago, I paid over $400 dollars for a part I didn't need. The service centers has wasted my time and money and I plan to do everything I can to make sure that no one I know buys or has their car repaired from Weston Kia every again.
