My Review of Bruce Chevrolet:
Refused to work on an oil consumption issue even though the truck was in warranty still. Ron was polite and consise but Doug (the service manager) basically told me off and said my truck was only worth 2000$ I do not derserve this kind of service. I believe in GMC as a quality company but the service I have recieved from this dealership has been lacking. Also they worked on a tractioncontrol issue I had and i believe the dealership caused this when they changed the oil thr first time i was there. I think they knocked a wheel sensor out and it had to be replaced by myself bedause they would not admitt it was them. Even though it happened immediatly after my first service with Bruce chev.

My mother went car shopping. She didn't take any money because she did not want to buy that day. The salesmen at Bruce Chevrolet (3 in total) convinced her to buy and even drove her home to get her checkbook. That was objection number one. With that objection overcome now they had the objection of the insurance check that was going to pay for this new car was not in the bank yet. Their solution? Write a post-dated check and tell the old lady that they would call her before making a deposit. After convincing her to write the post-dated check back up with empty promises they deposit the check without a call and her account goes negative by $2,000! When she goes back to the dealership she find the men not so helpful this time and no one accepts any blame. Do not trust this company!

Here's a place that we got our company truck and it was just how we ordered and the price was right. The transaction was simple and all the t's and i's were dotted.

We just purchased a 2009 HHR at Bruce. The sale started with an introduction via the internet & web page, followed by phone contact, then we went to their dealership. The car was MORE than what we asked for, very good pricing, a truly informed sales and back-up staff and the paperwork was tidy and in plain language.\r\n\r\nWe have had our other cars serviced there in past and were very satisfied with that department as well.\r\n\r\nExtra deal cinchers ...\r\n$10 oil changes for as long as we own the car, AND\r\na Rose when we bring it in for servicing. How can you beat that?\r\n\r\nS & D\r\nSt Helens, OR
