We had called DC computers last spring to repair our home computer. Don came promptly and had it back in working condition in no time. Later in the summer, our old Gateway finally crashed for good. Don built a new computer, managed to recover our old files, and had us up and running in no time flat. I would highly recommend DC computers and Don to anyone who is looking for fast, reliable service at competitive prices.

My computer got hit by a virus over the weekend, and I needed someone who could fix it first thing Monday morning. I called Don at DC Computers, and he answered his phone right away, and told me to bring it to him. Within 20 minutes of the call, he was already working to fix my computer. He had it back up and running in no time. I was so impressed, and so thankful! I will definitely use Don for all my future computer needs.

Customer service doesn't seem t be important to businesses anymore, except at DC COMPUTERS, where we recently purchased a computer to replace a malfunctioning unit. The owner, Don, came to my house to delvier and set up the computer. He even offered to look at the old one to see if he could offer a "quick fix" at no additional charge.
But the reason we chose DC COMPUTERS is because of the lifetime tech support. I've had to contact Don 3 times to ask him to help me do something he'd already shown me how (I'm so not techy). I never received a voice message, was put on hold, transferred to someone in India, etc. Within minutes, my questions were addressed with kindness and competence. You can't get that level of service from Best Buy. I highly recommend DC COMPUTERS.

I bought a computer from Don a few years ago and really appreciated his professionalism and vast knowledge. I knew Don before he was my computer guy and he has always been very honest and dependable.

I've had Don fix a few of the laptops that I had mistakenly purchased through a "chain" store....due to the fact that store was unable or unwilling to help. My last purchase and all future purchases will be through Don....everything has been flawless with his products and service.

What a relief to have someone knowledgeable to call for technical assistance without feeling apprehension either that your imposing on someone or that you are going to be getting a large bill.
Don allways answers your calls promptly and has the problem fixed quickly.

Don at DC Computers has been my "Computer Guy" for years. I would never think of taking my equipment anywhere else. No matter how badly I mess something up he has me up & running in no time. His prices have been more than fair and I have recommended him to my friends often- and they have gotten only the best service. This is one company I would never be afraid to recomend.
