Wow! first of all i got to say that these apartments are the worst i have ever lived at!!! The managment is so rude. They don't care about their tenants or their experience. They also sent our warnings if you are watching tv at 3 pm because you apparently can't make any noise at ANYTIME, not just quiet hours (7am-10pm) but at all times. They also towed my car even though the notice said i didnt have to move it until the following week. i complaint but once again everything is the tenant's fault. That was the last straw for me!! I could not live at a place like that, my lease wasn't over for at least 6 more monthsand i just decided to breakit bacause it was horrible. So please if you are reading this dn't move in!!! the management doesnt care (they ignore you and dn't doanything to make you live better) they will tow your car ( and not pay fees even if its their fault) and they will take for ever to fix your apt (mold, washer/ dryer, outlets, etc) please dntmove in!!!!!!

Pros: near downtown Gresham

Cons: how strongly can I say everything, managent hardly on time and dose not care.

Different staff have different answers and most of them have no clue what they're talking about. The manager is the only reliable person to speak with.

Pros: pool, workout room, etc

Cons: most of the time they are closed until further notice for repairs, etc. Nice when you can use them

My toilet erupted sewage in the middle of the night. I was without water for about 24 hours, and it took two tries and 12 hours to fix the toilet. No discount on rent. No returned phone calls. Management misquoted the LAW to me, in front of a witness. She appeared very threatening in demeanor. My back porch flooded for three months, no returned phone calls, and then I was told I was being 'rude' by the entire staff - because I have talked to all of them. Maintenance blamed me for my dishwasher leaking all the way accross my kitchen floor. BAD BAD BLACK MOLD, TRIED THREE VISITS TO GET THEM TO CLEAN IT AND I JUST LIVED WITH IT, DISGUSTING. If you are fortunate enough to read this, just don't live here. My neighbors were evicted for selling dope. The other poster above is correct that the tow truck stalks the parking lot. If you try to talk to the management, they are too busy signing people up to live in the apartments. There is absolutely NO VISITOR PARKING AVAILABLE and this will become a problem even if you dont have any friends, believe me. LOL. Manager was unresponsive to a domestic violence incident, and told me it was my fault. DONT WANT TO LIVE HERE. :)

Cons: everything is electric, and heaters are inefficient, windows and door leaks cold air

We presently rent here as 2007.\r\nEmpty promises & lies from the start, covered car port never given, they charge for water and did not tell, think we pay for watering, pool, ect. They do not respond back to letters for requests of any kind. Poor appliances. Charge you if your bathrooms molds, Car was towed even when they said we could have the space. The tow company stocks through the place looking to make money when no complaints are called in.Poor Security through no later then 11:30 PM . Cars stolen every month. Pool area not up to par with proper chemicals, especially the hot tub, they need to empty it weekly and do not! Poor repairs, they do not respond back to letters for requests of any kind, billing statements errors, over charge on late fees! Management rude. Floors are noisy above needs to be screwed down. Apartments leak a lot of air through doors and patio door costing extra heating expenses. No under water pool lighting, most lights by pool burnt out, no lights in tennis court. Need more areas for children with swingsand so on, basket ball court in tennis courts. Poor lighting in many areas, not safe. This is also a section 8 housing place to so you know. Can not store any type of flat bed or moving truck but its funny how if you have a work truck its ok. Garages and car port extra. No real club house either as it seems to be taken over by management. Things are there for you in your rent, not really so, Renters need to start a renters association so people can be treated fair and get what is promised. Wonder what they would do if everyone?s rent was held for 30 day in a rent escrow till they get on the ball. Keep looking elsewhere unless you have no other choice. I wish I would of been told allot of things. They will send out eviction letters for as little as under a dollar owed, unbelievable even if you a decent tenant, Their a turn key rental property, make more money to keep turning the renters.\r\n Thanks, I hope it helps you.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pros: No deposit to move in with some people, take pets.

Cons: Charge $ 500.00 non refundable for pets. Will evict you easy.

At least maintenance picked up the regugitation that our downstairs neighbor left out front of his patio last night, before we had to call the police as he and his chum got into a fight. Keep looking!

No 24 hour fitness center, no internet access, loud neighbors and uncaring management that fail to return phone calls. All in all, I feel that my wife and I have been shafted. At least maintenance picked up the regugitation that our downstairs neighbor left out front of his patio last night, before we had to call the police as he and his chum got into a fight. Keep looking!

Pros: The treadmills in the gym work.

Cons: I have a feeling that there's lots of cons living here.

He paid on the 5th it was due on the 4th. My Grandparents have never been late once in the 7 years the've lived there and they apartments charged them $100 for a late fee. THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ONCE AND MY GRANDPA WAS BACK AND FORTH FROM THE HOSPITAL!\r\nI can't even express in words how furious I am. My Grandparents thought that this was steep but normal so they actually paid it. This is not normal! They have the power to waive that fee and most apartment managers will do this at least once (if you're a good tenant) and $100 is unheard of!\r\n\r\nAs far as I'm concerned these TAX COLLECTORS are stealing from good people and they have no grace.
