This place had a rep as a place of extremely high turnover rate for it's employees upon my arrival. During my stay there as an employee over the short course of a handful of months I witnessed around a dozen people wrongfully fraudulently

I worked there a month and I had my own vacuum and used it becase theres was broken and they let me go becase i used my own equipment to make sure that clients had there floors vacuumed and i always made sure it was cleaned but they let me go becase some one see me use my own vacuumed but they didnt buy us one so what was my choice i use mine so the job got done either way still let me go if i didnt do the job Tammy platt boss knew i had my own vacuumed the strand I LOVE WORKING THERE BUT IT NEEDS A BETTER SYSTEM AND MAKE SURE WE HAVE THE STUFF TO DO THE JOB WE ARE TOLD TO DO

I write this as my roof continues to leak. Flooding occurred several years ago, which was a recurrence of a previous flooding. The current leak is the THIRD location in the condo that has leaked. When the second leak began, they didn't even want to paint the damaged wall, and initially said they would only fix and not paint the wall. This is at least the fifth time we have reported the current leak. We reported it two weekends ago, and I told the weekend dude that Id probably get a quicker response by reporting the leak to a brick wall. I knew I was right. My entire family suffers from worsening breathing/allergy problems, and I am sure it's due to the mold that likely throughout the house. When my roof leaked the first time they actually tried to tell me they weren't responsible for the damage to my property. Wow!

That was handled when the association was first set up and is reviewed by state agencies. Second, the notion that the property management company is responsible for lousy neighbors is laughable. A property management company can only do so much. If your neighbor is too loud - call the police. I have heard of residents calling their managment company to handle every little thing like they were as the resident's beck and call...such tasts as changing the batteries in their smoke detector of all things - what a bunch of lazy folks. Residents need to treat their management company like they would like to be treated. The property manager is not God and does not have control over time and space. I believe that many residents move into an association thinking that someone else will be responsible for everything and that is just not realistic. Grow up children - take responsibility. Your friendly neighborhood property manager can only do what the CC&Rs allow him/her to do.

Incompetent, arrogant and unable to perform the duties as described in contract to satisfaction. If you are a landlord seeking a management company, I strongly urge you to consider other options.

As a lessee within a newer complex utilizing Multi Services Inc. I have experienced enough negative issues that I would reconsider signing my initial lease. This liability will defiantly be a consideration in regards to a potentially resigning.

The level of service is poor at best and the cost is extravagant. As a business owner and operator, I am curious of the prospect of developing a competitive corporation.

Multi-Svc is generally speaking unhelpfull, expensive, and does not really care about the property they manage despite numerous warnings they are not doing so well. The main concern of the property manager is to sell additional services without performing those for which they were hired for.
