this company sucks. everything about it. the website, the phone service, it is all bad. nothing but problems.

The main problem i have with them is the cost compared to the speed. comcast's speed is about 20 mbps while qwest you can get up to 40 for half of the price.

The second issue is the costumer service. You want to talk to a real person. Not a recording for a half an hour telling you that it can not understand you. then it will transfer you to a "person" who knows nothing to help you.

all and all, i will never use them again.

comcast has a monopoly on high speed, phones, and tv and i would love to see someone come and uproot them.

I will get billed one amount for a month, the next month the price goes up and I get billed for the month I am in plus the following month. In the following month I will get billed AGAIN for that month plus the next month at a higer cost. This cycle continues until the billing cycle is so screwed up and so expensive that I have to cancel. I will wait a couple years and go try again. SAME THING HAPPENS!
I wish there were another game in town. I seem to be stuck with these guys if I want to see the Blazer games this year.
It is so frustrating to budget the cost into your monthly bills at the rate you are quoted just to see it grow as fast as weeds in your yard. Before you know it, it has exceeded your budget and you again have to cancel service for another year or two until you forget why you shut it off in the first place.

It's expensive. The internet connection speed is good. (100 Mbits/second) But the programming guide is poor, and doesn't give any programming for the hours between midnight and six AM. (My favorite hours to watch TV) So, I am channel surfing all the time, and I miss a lot of stuff. Their are a zillion channels, but there is nothing good on any of them.....So, it just takes me more time to find that out than it would if there were only a dozen channels. - I have always longed for a decent, reliable programming guide. - I am 72, and I haven't seen one yet....I guess it is impossible for such a thing to exist........

But wait, in another month, my promotions expire and I get to move on to over $170.00/mo. And that's with a conservative package without any premium channels like HBO or STARS etc! I'm looking for another service. I hope I don't run into a brick wall and find that Comcast has a monopoly on the market here. Good luck to anyone that signs up with Comcast (especially when that little promo package ends!)

I have experienced nothing but trouble with Comcast. The cable service is overpriced and frequently has trouble with reception. The high speed data is ok. The phone service needs gthe most work. If you're phone service isn't that important and reaching emergency services isn't a big concern - they're fine.
