.

We've gone to Dr. Dahl for the past year at PA of NW. She is fine as a doctor. Pleasant, asks/answers questions, etc.

However, we are leaving this clinic. Mainly for the reason that from the very first visit we have had nothing but constant billing/paperwork/medical records errors (being billed for incorrectly coded claims, billing people refusing to change things until the actual doctor spoke to them directly telling them to change the code, billing us erroneously 4 times for the same claim up to a year after the first claim, etc.). Most recently, I noticed during our last appointment that we had an actual "balance due" on our check in slip. I didn't know why because had never had a sick visit and all well visits are covered...so, I asked about it. I was told that it must be an error and they said not to worry about it. However, I just got a notice saying we a 90 days past due on this very charge...we never even received a notice in the mail notifying us that we had any balance due. Much less the fact that there is only a due balance because they messed it up again after telling us it was settled.

Time and time again, I have been flabbergasted at the record keeping/billing errors that keep occuring. It took a good 6 times for them to get our address right and for awhile they were sending bills to the wrong address.

Also, they recorded that our daughter had been receiving certain vaccines that I had expressly (on paper and verbally immediately before all other vaccines were administered) instructed her NOT to receive. I don't know what went wrong there, but it was a long and awkward silence while our doctor stared at her computer screen trying to figure out why it said that our baby HAD been vaccinated for those things.

I really hope we can find a better clinic with some consistentcy in organization and competency in job skills because it really has taken a lot of time to correct so many problems we have encounted through this clinic. I would NOT recommend this clinic. Overall, the doctors are fine, but nothing to even tempt us to stay any longer than we have.

Pros: fish tank, clean, never a long wait for appointments

Cons: constant billing errors, erroneous record keeping, etc.

.

Dr. Rosenbloom (or Dr. Jay as the kids call him) combines excellent medical treatment with a kind and caring approach that makes the kids comfortable going to the doctor. They also have an awsome fish tank in the lobby.
