DO NOT give any information to this company, deal DIRECTLY with the creditor ONLY,
If they will not stop look up the cooperation on line and find out who is the registrar and send them mail telling that if the company do not stop it's practices you will file" it will usually work since you have a contact now. but don't be afraid of them and DO NOT PAY any body except the CREDITOR DIRECTLY good luck

Beware of this company, why I used to work their. We are encouraged to lie cheat steal anything to get payments, and because of such a shortage on jobs we usually do this to keep our jobs. When we get someone on the phone who is in our system we have to stand up, then a supervisor joins in the listening and we are forced to lie if we don't get a payment we are docked in pay, yes I went from making $10.00 a hour to $7.95 a hour because I didn't get 4 people to pay. I chose not to lie. And look at me now I got fired.
If you are in this collection system at The Active Group/Active Credit/Active telesources inc. get everything in writing before you hand out your money.

My T-Mobile account of $499.87 was sent to this collection agency and I was told by a customer rep that if I paid $99.87 + a $6.00 flat fee that my account would be reactivated and that T-Mobile would send me new Sim Cards in the mail in 3 weeks so I could have phone service again; but 3 weeks have come and gone. I paid the $105.87 on July 31 and still no Sim Cards as promised. I called T-Mobile and they told me that the information that I was given was false and untrue. They told me that once an account goes into collections that it has been written off and that I would have to apply for new service all over again! They told me with these collection agencies it is out of their hands and they basically do anything to get money out of the consumer. So with all of that said I basically paid $105.87 for nothing thinking that my cell phone was gonna get turned back on and all of it was a BIG OLD LIE!!!! I even tried calling the customer rep that handled my account from the beginning and all of a sudden he's always on the phone with another customer and he doesn't take outside calls which is another LIE!!! I am definetly filing a complaint with the Better Business Bereau. So people BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

I told them the last time they called that I couldn't make the payment of $50.00 over the phone and she said that she couldn't take any payments less than that over the phone (it's company policy). So I then asked her to please send me a bill in the mail so I could make a smaller payment since I just lost me job. She said "ok" then hung up.
