I have 30 years of sewing experience, 20 of those years in professional alteration shops. I attended the Art Institute of Portland to better serve my customers with custom design. I am an excellent choice when you want a garment to fit you perfectly. We do pant hemming while you wait and offer rush service on other items upon request.
I had a dress custom made for me from this store and I was really pleased with how it turned out. I will admit that when I first went in, it appeared crowded, they are sharing a house with an insurance agency, but Michelle had a lot of pictures to look at and several dresses on display that she had made. I was able to see her work before I had my own dress made. I am a hard fit, being short and busty, but she did a great job of fitting my dress perfectly. I was really happy with the end result.
