My only complaint was that they arrived an hour late. But, they were very thorough. They found the source of our problem (Christmas light hangers) and removed them. Then, they inspected the rest of the gutters and found more CLHs in another area that hadn't started to cause a problem...yet. They worked for 2 hours and only charged me for 1 1/2. And they did it all in the pouring rain and wind. They were awesome!
