Had an appointment with Brett Packer here recently after finding him and I was super impressed. He was very thorough with his consultation and listened to what I wanted and delivered.... GREAT shampoo, seriously, and even better haircut.
The salon was nice, laid back, clean, etc I'll be back as long as Brett is there!

I got my hair colored here with highlights. I now have yucky dull brown hair with very, very few blonde highlights. I wanted blonde hair but she had me convinced it would be best to go with a less dramatic blonde. I now have brown hair not blonde!!!
It also says walkins welcome, welcome to walk in and make an appointment!

I had the best facial at Luminary Aesthetics - inside the salon - yesterday! Erin is relaxed, professional, and did a fantastic job with my skin. I am still glowing!

Erin is offering her Microderm, anti-aging facial for only $65! I had always wanted to try it and I had the most amazing experience. Not only did I totally glow afterwards, I felt really good. She really took the time to talk to me about my skin, my routines and even some personal things. She was in no hurry to boot me out, an experience that is new to me! I would recommend her facials, and her other services. She was a make up artist in Hollywood for 6 years.

I have gone to Marcia, one of the owners, forever. She and another stylist went out on their own and opened this salon a couple of years ago and I love it! Great atmosphere, nice salon, experienced stylists.

This is in the Be Long Salan in Tualatin where I've had my hair cut. I had an "anti-aging" facial and microdermabrasion that focused on the age and type of my skin. I have rosacea and she was very knowledgeable about my skin condition and made recommendations but I didn't feel like she was pushing her products -- rather that she was happy to share information. I am now using
one of her products to reduce the redness of my skin. I loved the background music and the relaxing scents. She created a relaxing atmosphere that was so comforting that I didn't want to leave. I have fibromyalgia and she adjusted the pressure to meet my specific needs. She has slow hands and a
tender but firm touch and was very tuned in to my my reactions to hand pressure on my face and shoulders.
This was only my third facial but I was very pleased and impressed. I have recommended Luminary Esthetics to all my friends and relatives. There's a full list of services on her website. Try it - you'll like it!
