My 2000 Ford Excursion stopped running. It needed to be towed. So, since Hannah was closest to me I chose to go there for service. They insisted that I needed to have a complete diagnostic test which was over $200. I reluctantly agreed to this. What a mistake. After that they told me I needed everything from air filter replacement to tires and brakes. I asked the service manager if these things needed to be done in order to get my car back on the road and he insisted upon it. What I thought was going to be under $250 was now a $1200 job. I asked the service manager once again if he was absolutely sure that all of the these repairs needed to be made in order to get my car running. He insisted they all needed to be done. This was Saturday afternoon. They were closed on Sunday. That Sunday I called two mechanic known to be but, out of the area that were familiar with my vehicle. They insisted that based on the symptom is was a very common repair that my particular vehicle needed. They said it should have been under $100 and that I didn't need a full diagnostic test to find that out. I left a message on Sunday with the Hannah service manager and told him to stop all repairs and that I wanted to take my car someplace else. He returned my call early Monday morning and let me know that the repairs had already been completed. This seemed very odd to me since the labor charge was for four (4) hours. The math didn't add up. I told the service manager that the only repair my car needed in order to get running again was to have one sensor replaced. I told him that two other mechanics agreed. He said that he was sorry for miscommunicating the repairs to me but, I still had to pay. It cost me $1158.41 and my car ran when I got it back but, not as well. BEWARE OF HANNAH FORD'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They will shake you down and rip you off. There are other private garages you can take you car to that will treat you much more fairly.

Pros: Location

Cons: The service department will rip you off

Short and sweet:
I was hunting for a Shelby GT500 and they had 4! Anyone who knows this car knows how hard they are to get and I was amazed they had this kind of inventory. Fair price with no haggling, great people, and the most helpful service department around.

Pros: Great inventory, great people, no BS

Cons: Need more customer parking, other than that, all good.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can truly say that I HATE the process of having to purchase a car. I have actually driven a car for several years longer than I should have just to avoid having to endure it.
I was walking over to the Rose Quarter for a Blazer game (yes, I am still a fan, not sure why) when I saw a hybrid Escape on Hannah's lot. I walked over to take a quick peek at the price when a salesman in jeans started talking to me. He didn't look overly professional, but he was the most straightforward, easy going salesperson I have ever met. He pointed out the little dealer tag in the window next to the manufacturer price and I thought "Great, here's where I'm going to see the dealer markup garbage on the window and he's going to tell me how RARE the hybrids are." Instead, the price was actually BELOW the MSRP! He told me that they put the lowest price right on the window and that, included in the price, I would get free tires forever, free carwashes forever, rental cars, and some other stuff that was kind of just fluff. I told him I wanted to do some research on prices and he let me use their computers to check Edmunds and a few other sources and the price right on the window actually ended up being lower than any I could find online. To me, it was a no-brainer. Good price, good benefits, and a salesman who actually knew his stuff and made the process easy. Turned out the "salesman" was actually the manager who was off that day and just checking in. I have no idea if the salespeople are decent or just like the rest. Brian or Ryan (not sure which, didn't get a card. I know he was from Ridgefield) was the manager's name and I would highly recommend you deal directly with him. The price will be great and the lack of headache and back and forth is a real relief. Ended up taking about 2 hours so I missed the game, but they lost anyways and it was well worth it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Pros: Lowest prices already posted on cars, professional, free tires, great service

Cons: Paperwork took a while, don't drink the coffee, make them go to Starbucks next door! :-)

Having purchased a few cars in my years, I must say that working with this dealership has been "interesting". I will say that I did leave with a truck that I very much enjoy. However, the sales department has much work to be done to raise to the level of mediocrity. Promises to call to follow up on satisfaction of sale were never addressed. "Lumping" together items that ended up covering costs was not recognized until the next day as I went over the paperwork in more detail. Purchasing a used truck with 34k miles meant that only 2k miles are left on manufacturers warranty. With this I requested quote for 100k warranty. This ended up being "packaged" with the deal. Ended up paying full price for warranty on car that already has 34k miles I didn't drive. Seems to me that cost should have been 64% of the total cost. Sales quoted 70k warranty to make it 100k in mileage for FI guy said this was "lost in translation". Sales department quoted price for clear covering bra for front of vehicle, front grill, hood, door jams, and back of side view mirrors. Upon picking up vehicle after work, hood and door jams were done. This was communicated to me that this is all that is done with package purchased.

Bottom line - they advertise and spout off about "full disclosure" and that transactions within FI office are taped. If they are taped, all they have to do is take a look at the tape and see what was promised for the price. Only after truly digging through the documents did I find that I was over charged for the 100k warranty and for the clear coating applied. What have they done? Nothing. They have their money and this is all they care about.

Thus far I would say that the Service Department is Very Good as representative from this department is actually the one who pointed out I only received $299 package when I paid for $699 package for clear coating.

So far, pretty good vehicle. JUST WATCH THEM FOR THE EXTRAS!!!!
