Very professional, courteous and friendly. I have been a long time
client. I keep going back again and again for the fantastic nail care and pedicuers. Also, waxing of my eyebrows. When I leave I have a bounce to my step. I have recommended Gorgeous Nails and Spa to my family and friends.

Friendly and talented these girls did my nails for 6 months or so until I moved out and I needed to start saving money. They knew my name and were very nice to me. Very talented.

This is Nina. I have been Vanna's clients for years and she's beyond "skillful" in nails, she does amazingly outstanding job for every single of her clients, and If you want your nails to look the BEST of the best come see her @ NAILS

I received a gift certificate for here. I was very impressed when I went to use it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pedicure has lasted over 2 months now, and I felt really pampered. It did take a *really* long time though - almost 2 hours!

very disappointed. with my experience, guys are usually better nails techs so i found out who their best guy was, booked an appointment and was there five minutes early but waited mm, maybe 10 minutes AFTER my scheduled time. kenny started on my nails, but in the middle of it went to help some people get parafin off their feet, then came back then went to do some ladies pedicure, then i was sent to a different lady. she was very sweet, but my nails look like garbage. i wish i could post a picture. there's glitter in my nails. i hate glitter, i just wanted a simple french manicure. :( the shape is terrible. i'm extremely disappointed. also when they took off my nail polish i had on before, there were specs of it left and both kenny and the lady afterwards just ignored them. :( how could they do that?? their job title is NAIL TECHNICIAN. after my nails were done she picked up my bag and told me i was finished but the deluxe comes with parafin. i had to ask her (ANOTHER lady) about it and remind her. :( i'm not sure how long you're supposed to keep parafin on, but it didn't come off clean. it was still mushy and there was parafin wax all over my arms. i was so angry inside, but to their face i couldn't say anything. i left a tip and left with a fake smile because i'm too shy to say anything. i hope they read this and try to be more professional. :(
PROS: it's pretty inside, looks clean, everyone is very friendly.
CONS: disorganized with appointments, ugly manicures.

I received the worst manicure of my life here! It lasted approx. 2 days. I tried to contact them twice with no response and I even went in there and spoke with someone, they did nothing whatsoever!

Have you noticed a theme to these comments? They are all negative as was my total experience at Gorgeous Nails. The manicure was really bad, chipping after about two days and the sad part was I got the manicure for my daughter's wedding! The gal who did my nails and eyebrow wax kept pushing me to do more. I tried to contact them via email twice but was ignored both times, finally I went in there and was totally brushed off!! I will never go back and I hope anyone reading this will choose not to go there!!

Cons: too many, read below

I received a Gorgeous Nails gift certificate for a pedicure valued at $25.00. On their menu of services a pedicure is listed as being $25.00. Cool. I schedule an appointment for 5pm and arrive 5 minutes early. I was immediately greeted when I walked in by a woman all the way across the room who didn't even look up from her work. She said "Hi, pick a color." So I picked Red. Then I sat and waited for 25 minutes. On a side note, it's 90 degrees outside and they won't turn on the air conditioning, making it uncomfortably warm inside. As I'm about to get up to leave a woman comes and brings me back to a chair where I sit with my feet in no warmer than room temperature water for another 25 minutes. Finally someone comes and starts to massage my legs and ignores my attempts to make polite conversation and chats with the other technicians. So I picked up a magazine. She asks if I want flowers. I decline. No more than 5 minutes later she has completed her absolute rush job and I look down from my magazine to see french tips on my toes. NOT red like I had picked out. I even placed the color I wanted on the technicians chair. How much more clear could it get? I say "Actually I had asked for red. That shade right there" And I pointed to the tray she was working from. She nodded and smiled. Then she handed me a box with the nail file toe separators she had used in it and walked me over to a chair up front and put a fan on my toes. Clearly making no attempt to rectify the color mistake. And there I sat, forgotten about, for another 40 minutes. 3 other people came and went from the drying station before I was finally remembered. My feet were dipped in the paraffin wax and left for 3 minutes, then I was ushered up front to pay. I am told my total is $37.00. (remember that their menu of services states that a pedicure is $25)
"For what?" I ask. "For flower." "I didn't get flowers." I say. She looks at my toes and says "Okay, 32." "For what??" I say. "French tip" I proceed to explain to her that I didn't even ask for the french tips, I asked for red and was ignored when I spoke up. I handed her my gift certificate. She takes it and mutters something in Korean to the woman next to her, then tells me I still owe her $2.00. "FOR WHAT??" I ask. "Nail kit." Turns out the box with the nail file and my toe separators in it is called a nail kit and I have to purchase it. I just paid for my pedicure, why on earth do I have to pay for the tools they used that, by the way, DO NOT ADD UP TO 2 DOLLARS. Why don't they just raise the price of the pedicure if they're going to be that cheap?? I pull out my card to pay this ridiculous fee and she tells me that she can't charge just $2 I have to pay cash. I inform her that I don't have any cash and she tells me to buy some nail polish so I can use my card. "...No." I say.
She angrily tells me I can come back tomorrow and pay. "Fine." I say, and march out. I will NEVER go back. For anything.

Pros: Massage chairs.

Cons: Bad service, nickeled and dimed, rude.

I went to the location by the Hillsboro Costco. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 2pm appointment and was not greeted when I walked in. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come get me for my pedicure. After I was sat in my pedicure chair with my feet in the water (which was barely warm), I sat there alone for 25 minutes! I started to dry off my feet toleave, but they assured me someone would be right with me... finally a technician, came to do my pedicure. She did not speak to me, she did not smile... just did the fastest, rush-job pedicure I've ever received. I noticed 2 other women waiting for a long time as well. They were very understaffed the day I was there and were obviously taking walk-ins ahead of the people with appointments. The worst managed salon I've ever been to. Don't go!!!!
