Flutter is a beautiful little gem in Portland. It is easy to get lost in wonder while in this store. It's romantic and clever and fuels the imagination! A great place to find a gift!
I love to just wander around this store and check out all the cool and strange items for sale. This is a vintage lovers dream. There are amazing clothes that look like they came out of a flappers closet from the 20's. The owner is genuine and friendly.

This place is a wonderland. It's really like stepping into another world. The store has recently expanded to twice its previous size, so there's more amazing stuff in every corner. Basically, this place is part boudoir, part carnival, part antique store, part jewelry store, and 100% beautiful. There's so much attention paid to little details in this store. You really get the sense that everything is hand-picked, and that the people in charge have some seriously impeccable taste. This is the store to visit if you're looking for an exquisite gift, or even something a little off the wall. There are handmade treasures all over the place; art, jewelry, clothing, home furnishings, etc. Its one of my favorite shops in Portland, and a must for anyone looking for something a little magical.
