Love this company! The came out and repaired my professional style range quickly after several unsuccessful attempts with other companies. We never use another company. Love their online scheduling and tech tracking!

Warning!!! Do not use this company!!!

This company was not only to incompetent to fix the problem with my refrigerator, they also tried to bill me for the warranty service call. I have spent more time on the phone with them about my bill, which should have been billed to Whirlpool because the refrigerator is under warrant, then it took them to not fix my refrigerator. At one point I was told that one of the customer care people I sent in all my paperwork to was no longer with them and I would have to resend them the info for the 4th time. They even had the audacity to threaten to send me to collections if I did not pay my bill.

I am a business owner myself and cannot even comprehend how a company can run their business in such a matter!

What an outfit!!! Truly awful. I can't figure out how they get warranty work. I guess they are cheap but, OMG, are they incompetent.

Why do the manufacturers stick us with such awful service providers? You would think they would pick outfits that are good at what they do. Refrigeration Hospital may be the worst I have ever seen. And they are arrogant to boot.

Use someone else.

The food in my refrigerator rotting I called around and was told by almost every one that i would have to wait a couple of days for a service person to show up.
I called Appliance Hospital and from the first person i talked with was very impressed. They were able to get a person out the sameday and save my food turned out some sort of switch was bad and he had one with him.
I would recommend this company to all of my family.

The food in my refrigerator rotting I called around and was told by almost every one that i would have to wait a couple of days for a service person to show up.
I called Appliance Hospital and from the first person i talked with was very impressed. They were able to get a person out the sameday and save my food turned out some sort of switch was bad and he had one with him.
I would recommend this company to all of my family.

Our dishwasher started sending an error code out a few weeks ago. Using the manufacturer's website to find someone to service it I contacted Appliance & Refrigeration Hospital. I set up an appointment using their website for June 24 and got a confirmation email. The day of the service came and went and I heard nothing from them. I called and set up another appointment (they had no record of the first) for the following week June 30. I got a call yesterday from them say that they could get me an earlier appointment for July 6 rather than the 8th. When I asked about my appointment for the 30th, they had no record of that, saying my appointment was July 8. At this point I wanted nothing to do with an unreliable company that clearly has issues with scheduling and keeping appointments. Using the manufacturer's website again I found and called another repair place. The woman was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got an appointment the same day for a cheaper service rate.

Even though we had some bumps with the first service technician being unfamiliar with the brand of my refrigerator, the second tech who showed up was on target with the diagnosis and very quick with the repair. The repair people were professional, kept the work area clean and did the job to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely call them again!

Cons: Incompetence, disorganization- what more can we say

They ordered the wrong part. They lost the right part. It took two months to get our oven fixed. Their service manager was not responsive.

We have had a lot of problems with them. After waiting weeks for them to show up, and more weeks for a part to come in, they then announce that they have the wrong part and that it will be more weeks before the right part comes in. They cancel service when the weather is slightly threatening even if the rest of the world is able to function, and they do not take kindly to criticism. Since they seem to have a monopoly on warranty work for high end appliances, we urge you to avoid those appliances since you will be stuck with these people if you want service. Their service has been bad enough that we are going to take this up with the business associations and state regulators etc.
