De Temple Plumbing Heating Ac

A year ago, I had work done from them. Called them at 8 am. They gave an appointment at 3 pm. The plumber didn't show up. Plumber called and offered to come next day at 10 am. I wasn't pleased, but being rookie I agreed. All this while we didnot have ANY water in our house. Plumber finished the job leisurely. I might have charged 45 minutes more. That was ok.

Last week - I had water leakage exactly at the same point. Called De Temple. They took no responsibility, offered no support and offered to come and fix it for same as last time!! No warranty. Poor customer service. Poor quality of workmanship.
I had this problem finally fixed by another plumber. The leak was at the exact joint DeTemple had charged me for.
Do we really expect plumbing work on main water line to home to last just over 1 year?? If they had told me that I would never have use them. They don't stand behind their work. I would not recommend them.

We had just moved into a new home, during a holiday weekend, and had a pipe break while installing a washer. Unfortunately with no water, and not much time before the holiday kicked in, we were in a bad spot. DE Temple's customer service agent was great and worked it out so that we could have a technician at our place with-in a few hours. The repair was minor, but debilitating. DE Temple gets an +A from us!

Pros: Great customer service. Very professional presentation. Service provided was above/beyond expectation.
