Northwest Computer Support

I have been in IT admin for about 10 years now and I fully admit that i do not know everything. When I am do come to a problem I cannot remedy these are the guys I bring out, anything they haven't been able to solve instantly will certainly be solved within a day. As for our employee laptops, well I haven't how or the desire to know how they get repaired but NWCS has always had them back to me WITH DATA INTACT within a couple of days. I'm not as tough a grader as the above review, Ross and his crew deserve 5 stars.

Pros: Knowledgable and respectful

I've dealt with NW Computer support for almost 20 years. Granted, the more I've learned (I'm an IT professional) and with the information which is easily gleaned from the Internet, some facets of support are less necessary these days.

But when a laptop dies, or when someone needs hardware support that I can't give them, this outfit is the #1 number I hand out. They're honest, their work is solid, and they're fair.

So why not five stars? I'm a tough grader - I don't give /anyone/ five stars...but these folks are as close as it gets.
