Do NOT use Canyon Auto. I received a quote that a valve gasket replacement would take 5 hours, prepaid for the parts 2 weeks in advance, and scheduled an appointment for 8:45am on a Wednesday. My fiancee took the car in at 8:30am, and at around 5pm, almost 9 hours after they got the car, they called her to tell her that they ordered the wrong part and that they had to keep it overnight. They didn't even open the package and look at the part until almost 5pm...

They then gave me a loaner car that was a joke. There was no key included for the trunk, the AC didn't work properly, the drivers seatbelt stuck, none of the door locks worked, the car was on EMPTY when I got it, and they wouldn't even cover the gas for the inconvenience; let alone the fact that the car almost ran out of gas going to the gas station 5 blocks away...

My 5 hour quote turned into an overnight nightmare after I was assured it wouldn't.

Had the mechanic done his job correctly and opened the replacement gasket when I got there, they could have rescheduled. Especially since they knew it was my only transportation and knew I had two small children. Frankly speaking, I would not -under any circumstances- wish this experience on anyone; even someone I hated.

Again, do not use Canyon Auto. Sure they are friendly at first glance, but I have seen much shoddier businesses try a little harder to take care of the customer when they screw up; and you can bet that I am more than a little irritated that when my fiancee questioned them on their ability to run a business, Jerry told her "Do you even know anything about mechanics?".

My fiancee comes from a family of mechanics and would have done the work herself if we only had an engine lift.

I have a 1996 Ford Aerostar, the engine is sticking noise. I brought this van to Canyon Auto Repair and they check them out. Unfortunately, the engine is bad, due to oil gum up from top to bottom. I went there and took some pictures ( I did not believe first because I m just replaced that engine about 50,000 miles ago from the dealer ship) It too bad because I let the car go for too long between oil change so now I have the price I have to pay for. Luckly, Canyon Auto repair very reasionable compare with the engine I paid 50,000 miles ago from the dealer ship. I saved over a thousand dollars. Thanks to an excellent work from Canyon Auto Repair, my car runs like a champ. now

We're full-time RVers and we were headed to the International FMCA Rally in Redmond, Oregon when our car was side-swiped while parked in a parking lot. After attending the Rally we looked up and found an authorized Honda service center in our area, the closest one we could find was Canyon Road Auto Body & Collision Center. After getting our car fixed there, we know why Honda recommends this body shop!

When we arrived at Canyon Road Auto Body & Collision Center, Lenne came outside to greet us and see how he could help us. He provided us with a detailed estimate, handled contact with the insurance company and filing of the claim, and reserved a rental car for our use.

When we took the car in on Monday, the expected time of repair was 8-10 days. The representative from Hertz was waiting for us to go and pick up our rental car.

We got a call on Thursday that our car would be ready the following day! On Friday afternoon, less than 5 days after we dropped off our car, we picked up our car! It looked great, just like new. In addition to the repairs, the car was cleaned inside and out. And the outside was waxed with a really good wax job. Lenne even touched up a spot on the door for us. After their quality work, they even let us leave the rental car so the agency could pick it up later.

Lenne was my point of contact, and very friendly. He made sure that I was in and out, with minimal waiting, and the paperwork was simple. He kept me updated on the status of my car, and delivery was made on the day promised!:)

Beaverton Infiniti recommended this place, and I feel totally confident letting this crew work on my like-new Inifiniti. Everyone from the receptionist to the estimator/adjustor (JJ) was professional, and since I paid for this service out of pocket, I found their prices totally reasonable. Great people to work with.

My car had an extended warranty on its paint and was sent to Canyon Road Auto Body by Honda for repair. This was done in August of 2008 and I was pleased with the results. More recently I noticed problems in one of the areas that had been worked on. I went back in and the manager looked it over. They were able to go back and fix that spot without any problems-didn't cost me a dime. I wasn't sure what to expect when I took the van back a year and a half later, but I was very happy at their response. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Canyon Road Auto Body took care of everything - rental car, insurance contact, and keeping me updated on the status of repairs to my car. My old Honda (2001 and 206,000 miles) looks great. These people are rude and unprofessional. In addition, they are liars.
My car has a very minor defect to the rear bumper, and they told me it is going to take them 2-3 days to fix. I thought that was reasonable, so I asked them when would be a good time to drop the car, and they told me next Monday. Well, I dropped the car on Monday, assuming it will be ready by Thursday the latest. I called them Wednesday, and apparently they did not even start. The excuse was "we are very busy" (well, why ask me to bring the car Monday then??) By the next Monday I was a bit frustrated, so I called them again. Guess what, they still did not even start working on the car yet! (very, very busy!) Well, I was almost ready to take my car somewhere else, but in fact I was really busy, so I decided to wait a few more days. On Wednesday i called again. Guess what, they told me THE BUMPER ON THIS MODEL IS UNREPARABLE AND THEY HAVE TO ORDER THE REPLACEMENT. At that point I told the person on the phone I'm coming to get the car and I don't want to do any business with them. She asked me to hold a minute, then she came back and told me that was a mistake, and she promises the car will be ready by Friday.
Well, I finally got the car back on Monday (only 2 weeks vs. 2 days, not a big deal, right?)
I can't really tell if the quality of their work was good; all they had to repair were a few tiny scratches.
Also, I don't really care I had to drive a rental car for 2 weeks; the insurance company of a person who was at fault paid for that, but why did they have to pay for 2 weeks rather than for 2 days?... well, again why would I care; Canyon Road Auto Body is on their preferred service provider list.
