I have used Jack's at my business in the past and the service was exceptional. I had a problem with my house garage door so I had my wife schedule an appointment. Jack's was scheduled to show up on Thursday between 12-2. They did not show up so my wife called them at 2:45 to let them know she couldn't wait any longer. Jack's apologized and said they could be here on Monday between between 12-2. Yet again they do not show up or call to let us know they can't make it. Finally they call on Tuesday afternoon with an empty apology and the nerve to try to reschedule. Customer courtesy where have you gone?
