I lived there for 3 months in a bottom apartment. We had to live in a hotel the last month there because our pothead up stairs neighbor would hotbox his apartment and it would end up doing the same to ours. I should have known when I saw

I don't know who has been writing reviews to give this apartment complex an ""Average"" rating but that's nowhere near the truth!!! The management spends money on their office rather than the complex or their raises/bonuses rather than their overworked, disrespected, and poorly paid employees (mantiance guy), yeah there's only one. This complex has been here around 30 years and has not been remodled at all and is hardly up to code. The upsatirs units have windows within a foot of the floor. I personally know of a child who has fallen out of one of these windows. I have been forced to attach chicken wire inside my windows for my two year old because the window gards you can buy are too large for the window width. The apartments are of generous size and natural lighting from the many windows in each unit, however, all windows are single pane. In my upstairs, 1,300sf, three bedroom apartment there are 11 single pane windows, last summer my electric bill was almost $300 every month. When it rains I know of 20 downstairs units that consistantly flood. My apartment has a bad leak over the sliding door, one on the roof leaking into heat/air closet and on down in the unit below. My toilet is always running, my tub won't shut off and will fill up within 12 hours if kept pluged. My sink leaks into the cabinet and has rotted the wood and also leaks on the lower unit. My toilet leaks on the lower unit as does my tub and my front porch light needs rewiring. There are live wires in the attics, crumbled and I bet moldy tile behind the plastic shower walls. We have been sick since we moved in. Nothing gets fixed.\r\n\r\nWhen you first move in they tell you it's almost sold and all of the wonderful remodeling to come. I moved in a year ago. It's been for sale for years. The last buyer estimated $4,000,000.00 just to fix what was wrong with the outside and he backed out. The owner is waiting for somebody to buy or for it to be condimed because financially, those are his best options.

Pros: Apartment size

Cons: This place should be condimed, there isn't enough space to list all the reasons why
