DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
Drug dealers, low lives and worst staff I have ever met in my life. I do not see how they have not been shut down. I am a military wife that moved here the day my husband deployed to try to save money while he was gone. Thought the townhouse I looked at when I signed my lease was rather nice. The one I moved into was a disaster. I came home one day to find the downstairs bathroom toiled had backed up and had raw sewage flooding the floor of the bathroom as well as my living room. COuld not get ahold of maintenance, had to drive around and finally flag someone down to get them to come just look at it. When I asked if I could move apartments, they told me I would have to pay a deposit on another one and move everything myself. No apologies, nothing. But a disgusting mess. They cut huge holes in my walls to try to repair it and then tried to charge me to fill the holes back in that they cut. My car was vandalized on a few occasions. I lived next to noisy people who played music loud, yelled constantly and smoked weed on their porch. When staff was informed of this, they sent someone over to tell them to just sit in their vehicles to do it. Because people were complaining cause they were doing it infront of their children. I did not feel safe. I had eggs and other things thrown and done to my vehicle as well as front door of my townhouse.
They "lost" my rent payments and I would find a nice giant piece of paper threatening to evict me when I would come home. So I would have to go to the office and show that they had recieved them and had already cleared my bank, and they would stop the threatening letters for that month only to do it again and again month after month.
I finally grew sick of the safety concerns and squalid conditions and used the Soldier Sailor Relief Act to break my lease a month early. Then recently found out that they illegally sent us to a collection agency for almost 2500$. For money that is not even owed to them. Have been working for months now to get them to leave us alone and fix their mistakes and have got nowhere. Now am getting a miltary attorney to fix to the situation. They put bad remarks on our credit and when we try to contact them, they say they are busy and will not return our calls. THey are not professional at all and I do NOT recommend living there. I am just disgusted all around with their lack of a business sense and by how they treat military families.

The rent prices are good, but the water and electric are on top of that. When you sign your contract they tell you there is a one time charge of $5.00 or 10%, but it reads as both and they charge a $5.00 one time water fee plus 10% on top of the bill as a monthly service charge.
Maintenance is great about responding to problems- however when I went to the office to complain about the toilet not flushing correctly and a number of other things we discovered upon moving in they were complete jerks about not to talk to them, that we needed to talk to maintenance, plus they were rude about my request for a copy of the info about hooking about the security system that we had to sign, but they hadn't given us initially so we couldn't set it up. They never answered my questions about the security, and when I went back to my apartment to find the maintenance number in the paper they had given us it was no-where to be found.
The laundry area was quite dirty the three times I used it. The third time one of the dryers was broken- it took money and lit up like it was working but didn't. A custodian came in right as I discovered it, and refused to put up a note saying the repair guy was coming the next day- which didn't save anyone else from losing money and time- plus I'm pretty sure the room was filed with fleas or something as I came out itchier than I have ever felt and covered in bite marks.
The "gym" is something they skip over in the tour- but it is tiny for a complex of this size, and there is not much variety in equipment.
The "office" that is supposedly available to renters is also a let-down, I went in needing to print something and they told me that their computer with internet had been broken for two weeks and would probably be at least another month or two before it was fixed, and when I mentioned I just needed to print a file they immediately informed me that there are no printers available for patrons to use even for $- what kind of office has no internet or printing?
The apartment is pretty much what you see with decent cabinets and cheap carpets, but I wouldn't choose to come here again after using their "services", however so long as you have another gym, and plan to do laundry elsewhere- the rest isn't terrible.

pro:get what you pay for
con: they do not keep the promises given in the tour for everything else they have to offer

The rent here is good, but that is all. I take that back the maintenence staff is great as well. The leasing staff is snobby. They treat their residents awful. They make promise like tell us if dog faecal matter is not being picked up or you can use our ballroom. However when you bring it up they get extremely unprofessional. I asked about the dog faecal matter and they said don't tell us, tell maintenence. I asked about the ballroom and they said we haven't used that in 10 years. I recommend get a recorder or everything in writing. They are great getting you here, then you are worthless to them.

Pros: Rent Price

Cons: Don't live up to promises

I loved this apartment. It had recently been renovated, had new carpet, doors, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom cabinets. The apartment also had an alarm system, so I felt safe. We never had any problems with neighbors, noise or trash. This was a very cute apartment.

Con: No laundry hook ups in the apartment, you had to use their laundry facility.
